This one was a bit shocking.....Jordin sparks was in the bottom eventhough she sang the best during this week's episode. It was really nice for American Idol to help the unfortunate. It was a very touching week and a tear jerker. Anyways, I hope America gets it right next week.....

My top 6 from top to bottom:

I received my first check the first week of april for $106.....not bad....but it included a whole lot of work like signing up for free trials or dollar trials. I had to be really organized for this one. I wanted to do more of these but the site I used for it doesnt have any good ones left. Oh well, I guess I may have to look for some more out there.

Sanjaya is finally going home. I thought he would stay for another week or two but I guess this is the end of the road. It's kinda sad because you won't see his next hair style the week after or maybe the hairstylist ran out of ideas. I bet American Idol is gonna be different without him.....
Anyways my picks for next week(from top to bottom):

1) Melinda - still my front-runner. she needs to stop looking so suprised when the judges comment her because she is that good and we all know it.
2) Jordin - watch out, she is slowly creeping every week because she's getting better.
3) Lakisha - she's slipping and may loose her chance of winning it.
4) Blake - he keeps on picking the good songs for him but he doesn't have the vocals to win it.
5) Chris - he is slipping too. he needs to come up with something good next week.
6) Phil - although he sang good this week, i still think he yells sometimes when he sings.

This time, America got it right. I had Haley or Phil going home. Surprisingly, Sanjaya sang really good. Even the judges were surprised and I think it was the best performance of the night. This is what my ranking is for next week:(top to bottom)

Wow! Another perfect example how the voting system for american idol is not working anymore. Gina should've stayed and phil should've been the one gone(well, not counting Sanjaya ofcourse because no matter how bad he does, America is voting for him).

The way I see it, here is how I rank the remaining contestants:(from top to bottom)

4. Chris
5. Haley
6. Blake
7. Phil
8. Sanjaya

I'm an american idol fan and here are some of what I think where the final 9 contestants are at:

Sanjaya: horrible so far and I'm sure everyone agrees on that but he might have some fire left.
Haley: doesn't have as strong of a voice like the other contestants but she does have the looks.
Lakisha: she's still one of the top but lately she hasn't been singing well.
Melinda: exceptional from the beginning and might be the winner of the show.
Phil: not bad of a voice but sometimes he tends to scream.
Blake: he's not bad when he beat bops but when he sings without it, his voice is horrible.
Jordin: getting better every week and I say she has the chance to take it too.
Chris: he's got the voice but watch the mouth how it goes to the side when he sings.
Gina: I think she has a decent voice but sometimes her tounge ring gets in the way of her singing....pay attention and you can hear it.
